POSITION TITLE: Senior Verification Engineer
POSITION LOCATION: Toronto, Canada

delivering video on any CE or PC platform. The company has
developed a unique semiconductor chipset and software solution with
unprecedented capabilities for processing, managing and securing
broadcast-quality MPEG video streams. Join the ASIC design
team to develop the latest ICs that implement ViXS' advanced video
compression technology.
Requirements:
 BSEE
or equivalent in digital design and computer architecture
Knowledge
of video processing and compression (MPEG1,2,4, H.264) is a plus
Knowledge
of interfaces such as PCI, PCI Express, USB, 1394, ATA is a plus
Strong
background in C/C++
Experience
with structural and behavioural verilog modeling
Experience
with VCS and integration of 3rd party verification environments
Knowledge
of SystemVerlog or similar verification language
Working
knowledge of Perl and Tcl scripting languages
Strong
analytical skills
Attention
to detail
Excellent
written and communication skills

player
