POSITION TITLE: Senior Hardware Engineer
POSITION LOCATION: Toronto, Canada
Join the ASIC design team to develop the latest ICs that
implement ViXS's advanced video compression technology. You
will assist the design team by developing a custom FPGA based system
to emulate the ASIC design.
 The
successful candidate will have a BSEE or equivalent in digital
design and computer architecture
Experience
with FPGA synthesis & place and route tools
Experience
in FPGA based hardware design
Experience
with large Xilinx FPGA designs (Virtex4 and Virtex5)
Experience
with Verilog RTL coding required
Knowledge
of Video processing and compression (MPEG1,2,4, H.264) is a plus
Knowledge
of interfaces such as PCI, PCI Express, USB, 1394, ATA is a plus
