Position: ATE Test Engineer
Location: Toronto, Canada


  • Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, MSEE preferred. Good communication skills, ability to understand and meet schedule for new silicon bringup, test program release to production overseas.
  • Agilents’s 93K test development experience is a must, with knowledge of writing test methods for analog tests, dc tests to meet customized test requirements for our customers.
  • ATE test experience of 3+ years in testing mixed signal devices, including pll, dac and high speed serdes tests.
  • Experience in test hardware development for package level and wafer level test.
  • Capable of maintaining multiple test program in production at different test houses, ability to improve test coverage and update test programs to achieve lower dppm, required to co-ordinate work with FAE team, support reliability and characterization.
  • Work closely with different production test house for preparation hardware required for smooth bringup and ramp to production. Experience in resolving process related low yield issues at wafer level.
  • C/C++, data management, yield improvement and proven test cost reduction experience is required.
